Guarantee and Refund Policy:

We guarantee that the merchandise will be first quality or we will refund the full purchase price on all or part of the merchandise that is damaged. You may return an item for refund within 10 days of receipt if it is damaged.  Once the merchandise is received back a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Merchandise will be shipped normally within one day of receipt of payment. E-check payments may require up to four days to clear before merchandise can be shipped.  
We ship anywhere in the continental United States.
